REDIO TANTUNI PAN
A long handled version of our roasting pan. It’s named after the Tantuni, one of the most traditional street foods in Turkey, a specialty of the city of Mersin. A spicy dish consisting of julienne cut beef or sometimes lamb stir-fried served on a plate or rolled up in a slice of flat bread.

Coating: Interior coating nonstick (PTFE) and exterior coating silicone polyester paint
Accessories: %100 bakelite, attached by welding
Lids: Tempered Glass Lids, with stainless steel rim and steam hole
